Staff were friendly. Location was good. Room was basic but completely functional. Price excellent.
Great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed following a lovely night out in the city centre. Room was spacious and clean heater in the room warmed it up nicely. TV, kettle in good working order. Staff friendly and welcoming. Sainsbury’s across the road was handy. Great location for a night out in Brum, would happily stay again and recommend.
A very good budget hotel. The rooms are clean and well presented and the location is just right for the centre of Birmingham. The staff were very helpful, not only with such things as extra towels, but also advice on what to see and do while in Birmingham.
Have loved staying here. The bed is very comfy extra pillows. Room clean and quite big with a decent sized bathroom. Hairdryer available from reception. Staff so friendly helpful and nice. They even gave me a local taxi number. Close to shops pubs restaurants and just a little walk to city centre and bullring. We're back in a couple of weeks and im really looking forward to it. Recommend 100%

Had a great stay at Travelodge on Broad Street. Perfect location and staff lovely, particularly one of the members of staff that has been working there for 10 years +, I’ve sadly forgotten his name but I believe he was Indian. Very polite and helpful. All staff made us feel very welcome. Despite the hotel being right on Broad Street we didn’t really hear much noise from the rooms. Rooms spacious and tidy/clean. Thank you for our stay and for welcoming us we’ll be back I’m sure.
